I messaged and straight away I received call off Laura the Owner of the company who gave me all information and guidance answering all the questions that were concerning me. I realised very quickly how knowledgeable she was I also felt reassured. Laura also pointed me in the right direction by giving me all the information to look up regarding the Surgal Clinic and reviews . Gastric Sleeve surgery is something that requires a lot of research to make sure you are an ideal candidate and with the assistance of Ivy Health all the information was provided for me ahead of time. The Surgeon Dr Tomas Paseka is even available to speak to prior your booking which is a very personal approach.
If your thinking or surgery I would highly recommend Laura at Ivy Health Surgery she stays in touch the whole time and even once you have returned to the UK. She even assisted me with flights and offered to stay in touch with my Mother to update her whilst I was in the clinic. Laura is at the end of the phone at all times either by calls or text just to see how I was feeling and if there was anything I needed. The Clinic in Brno is better then most hotels I’ve stayed in with the most amazing friendly staff. There is no waiting about everything is done efficiently and after care is brilliant. All the Staff at the Clinic were very attentive and my Surgeon Dr Tomas Paseka was lovely and put me at ease instantly. I will never look to having any surgery anywhere else and I would highly recommend Ivy Health Surgery to anyone who is interested in surgery abroad.
