Hello, my name is Laura, the owner of Ivy Health.

Over the past fifteen years, I have helped clients succeed in their weight loss and cosmetic surgeries and helped them achieve the result they are looking for and change their life for the better.

Not like all those other agencies I like to think I am different from other agencies because I care deeply about what you want and will build your surgery and trip around your personal needs. Deciding to have any weight loss or cosmetic procedure is something that needs to be done with lots of care and attention, and should never be rushed.

Listening to your needs comes first

From your very first enquiry, I will listen carefully and fully understand your hopes, challenges, worries and requirements before helping you to decide whether surgery is right for you, and if it is, which one is right for you. I understand that everyone’s budgets are different, so by getting to know you I can tailor your trip for what is affordable for you.

Helping you choose

When it comes to researching and choosing the right clinic for your weight loss or cosmetic procedure, there are many things to take into account: the location, the skill and experience of the surgeon and supporting medical team, the price and the pre- and post-op support available to name but a few things. That’s why I strive to make sure the right information is given to you from the very first introduction so that you can make the right choice and ensure there are no surprises.

If you are not happy with going ahead, you are never pressured into taking the next step.

Understanding your needs

I take the time to find out what your needs are and guide you along the path that is right for you. Whether it is a weight loss or a cosmetic enquiry, I go to great depths to understand you and your medical history first.

There will be of course many questions that you will want to ask and information you will want to read that I will supply to you before you make a final decision.

No obligation

I appreciate what a challenge it can be deciding whether to go ahead with a surgery or procedure. This is why I ask you to fill in a medical questionnaire – before you make a final decision – which I’ll send to our surgeons at the clinic, along with any questions you might have, for them to review and give their advice on.

Only when you are happy, do we take the next step towards making direct contact with one of our surgeons at the clinic.

Affordable care and exceptional service

I am able to offer a very high level of private healthcare at affordable prices because I work very closely with clinics in central Europe. In some cases the price can be much lower than what you might expect to pay for the same service in the UK.

Award-winning healthcare

Primarily, I work with an award-winning clinic in Brno (pronounced “Burno”), which is a picturesque and historic city in the southeast part of the Czech Republic. In my experience and opinion, the care and service delivered there exceeds the level of care offered in the UK.

Your care is of the highest priority to me and I can help you make your journey to a better, happier, healthier you.

I also travel at least four times a year to the clinic, to make sure I am happy with everything and to maintain a good working relationship with the clinic’s staff and management team. I will always take the opportunity to pop in for a personal hello if you are staying there when I visit too.

Continual support

If you decide to go ahead with any weight loss or cosmetic surgery, and once the surgeon has gone through the information you have sent us and accepted you for surgery, I will then make all the arrangements for you (although you’ll need to arrange your flights of course).

I stay in touch with you right up to your departure, whilst you are at the clinic and on your return. You don’t have to travel with a companion, but if you wish to take someone along I can either arrange for them to stay in your room at the clinic. Alternatively, they could book a room at a nearby hotel of their choice or I can recommend one.
