I have just returned from Brno after a facelift and upper eye surgery. Laura was so supportive from the day I enquired, she helped me with flights and accommodation, gave me all the information about the clinic, was in constant contact with me from the beginning and is still is. Laura was there throughout, which was great as I was travelling alone, so when I got a bit anxious she was there to chat to.
I was quite apprehensive about going abroad for the procedure as so was my family. I was very impressed with the clinic and the staff were lovely. The preops were the same as in the UK, if not better,
I felt at ease with my surgeon, and he was so nice. He answered my questions, and reassured me.
I have had 2 facelifts in the UK, the outcome of this one is better. I have had no problems and everything is healing nicely. When you tell people you are going abroad, they think you are taking a risk, this is not the case, I found the care and procedure as good if not better than here.
I would not hesitate to go back for further surgery.
