Jennifer – Gastric Sleeve May 2018.

I would like to give some feed back on my recent operation through Ivy Health and the SurGal Clinic.
I arrived at the clinic on the 17th may to have a Gastric Sleeve operated on myself, I was greeted by Veronica who spoke very good English who checked me in and went through each consent form with me for me to sign.
I was then met by the grand class staff who showed me to my own private room which was like a hotel room.
I then had all my pre ops ready for theatre with in 3hrs which was great.
The surgeon Tomas came and spoke to me before hand and before my discharge asked me lots of questions he was very polite and calm which made me feel at ease.
The following days I was supported by the nurses and seen a doctor every day I felt they was fantastic support with me and was second to none, always happy, couldn’t do enough for me.
As you know ive already recommended Ivy Health to my colleagues which one has booked various operations.
Your help, knowledge and support through out my enquiry to me being back at home was brilliant and can’t thank you enough.
I would recommend Ivy Health Surgery to anyone and I would use your company and SurGal Clinic many times.
