How we work

We listen to what you want, and make sure that we fully understand your situation and personal requirements so that we can help you to decide whether weight loss or cosmetic surgery is right for you. There’s never any pressure or obligation to move to the next step either.

Our Process

Getting in touch

Once you’ve made contact with us, we will give you a call to discuss which procedure you are interested in and will forward any relevant information by email along with a short medical questionnaire for you to fill in. This will allow us to get a good idea of your requirements and understand your personal situation.

A short questionnaire

We will ask you to fill in a short medical questionnaire, which you’ll complete and send back to us along with any other medical notes we might require. Once we receive this, we will then forward your information on to the clinic on your behalf for the surgeon to review and provide feedback on.

Deciding a date

When we have received the surgeon’s response, we will then forward you on the email and call you to discuss the possible surgery. Should you accept, we will then discuss what dates you are available, and check with the surgeons when they are available to perform the surgery.

If you would like to bring someone with you to the clinic, of course you are more than welcome to. If given enough notice, we can provide you with a double room at the clinic at an additional cost.

As part of the process, we will require you to sign a copy of our Business Terms and Conditions, either electronically or a paper version if you prefer.

Meet the surgeon before deciding

If you would like, we can arrange for you to meet your surgeon in person, at the clinic, before you make a final decision whether to have weight loss or cosmetic surgery or not. This meeting would also be long before the date of any potential surgery.

We will arrange this meeting for you and is charged at £60, which is payable before you meet. You would need to arrange and pay for your flights and accommodation to and from the clinic. We will deduct the £60 from the cost of your surgery if you subsequently decide to book surgery at a later date.

Booking flights

When dates have been decided, you will then book your flights to secure the surgery date. As with all parts of process, we are more than happy to help you find the cheapest and most convenient flights available.

Breakdown of costs

When you’ve booked your flights, we will prepare an invoice for you which will have a breakdown of all the surgery and other costs including hotel and transfers if required.

Paying your acceptance and administration fee

You’ll pay an acceptance and administration fee of £500 with us to secure your surgery, and the balance will be paid at the clinic on the day of arrival. You can pay the clinic in Sterling as well. The only local currency, koruna, (crowns) you’ll need is for other expenses e.g. if you go site-seeing and travel around the city. After you have made the acceptance and administration payment, there is a 14-day cooling off period, thereafter your acceptance and administration payment is non-refundable.

More information and invoice

Once you have paid your acceptance and administration fee, you will then receive an amended invoice from us as well as all the further information that you will require for your trip. We keep in contact

A week before your departure, we will give you a call to run through everything, and make sure that you’re happy. We stay in contact with our clients at all times, so should there be anything which you may be uncertain on or which is worrying you, we urge you to pick up the phone and talk to us.

Once you arrive

On arriving at Brno Airport, you will be met by one of our drivers in a private car who will take you to either the clinic or a hotel, depending on what day your surgery is scheduled. As soon as you arrive at the clinic it will become immediately obvious why it is 5 stars and has a fantastic reputation.

At the clinic

The day after your arrival you will have a full range of pre-ops, and a consultation with your surgeon who will be performing the surgery. As mentioned above, we will stay in contact with you the whole way through your time at the clinic, making sure we call you at least twice a day to make sure that you are happy with everything.

The length of your stay

You will be advised on the length of the stay in Brno before you are able to fly back to the UK. This will depend on the type of procedure you are having. But take it from us, given the fantastic facilities at the clinic and the breathtaking surroundings of Brno, the longer your stay the better! 

Aftercare

After your surgery, it is very important that you follow all the instructions and advice the clinic gives you. The clinic will provide you with everything you need to know regarding your recovery, which will include information on such things as how to change your dressings, your medication and stitches. We always advise to have your GP or Dietitian on board as any extra support, along with the fantastic support you will receive from ourselves.

Departing the clinic

On your day of departure from the clinic, a private car will collect you 2.5 hours before your return flight and take you back to the airport in plenty of time. You will be discharged from the clinic with all the relevant information regarding recovery and post op instructions.

We’re with you all the way

We will be on hand to assist you from start to finish, and we make sure we’re available to assist you with any post-surgery support you may require. We want to assure all our clients, that their happiness and care is first and foremost the most important thing when booking a procedure with us. We invite all our clients to continue to liaise with us during their recovery, post-surgery and on wards so they always have the support when required.
