Tony Gastric Sleeve – July 2018

It is always a pleasure so see our clients share their success with us after their procedures. You can see updated photos on our FB and Instagram.  Tony a lovely client contacted us a few months ago and enquired about our Gastric Sleeve Procedure. He explained to us about his weight gain history and problems he’d had keeping weight off. I had long chats with Tony regarding the best option for him and the way forward from here. I consulted with one of our highly qualified Surgeons Dr Tomas Paseka who works very closely with Ivy Health in giving our UK Clients the more personal touch. I arranged a telephone Consultation between the two of them at a mutual time and Dr Tomas Paseka discussed all aspects regarding the procedure and got to know Tony. Dr Paseka and Myself have the knowledge to know from the initial first contact with a client and getting to know their history and views on them making life time changes who will be successful and reach their goals. Tony was one of these clients.  From the off he was knowledgeable, he had done his homework and was dedicated.  He was also lucky enough to know someone that had, had the same procedure, used the Clinic and seen the amazing results. All that was left was for Ivy Health to make all the arrangements for him. He departed from Stansted Airport with Ryanair which fly’s direct to the Clinic in the Czech Republic, a short flight only 1 hour and 40 minutes. Waiting for him was his car to take him directly to the Clinic where the Staff welcomed him. Travelling the day before your surgery puts less stress on the Client and enables them to be able to relax in their private room.  I kept in contact with Tony the whole time and assured him of all that was going to take place the following morning at the start of his pre ops. Tony successfully passed with flying colours and a surgery time was set for him that day. Dr Tomas Paseka kept me updated about how his surgery went and I was happy to also replay this back to his lovely Wife Debbie. Keeping in touch with my Clients is very important to me and being their for them on a personal level is the difference between us and other agencies. A funny saying that Dr Paseka once said to me was “Laura I want to know that end the end of a busy day if I have a beer that I have deserved it and done by best for clients and changed their lives for the better”. This is very much the way Ivy Health works and that is why we have such a close relationship with the Clinic and Staff. Tony has been home a week now and I cannot believe the transformation in him already and also speaking with him on the phone he is a very happy man. He will be sending me his version of accounts soon so watch this space!  In the meantime he has let me share some photos with you so far.  When he started his Pre Op Diet he was 127kg, one week after surgery he is now an amazing 107kg that is a loss of 20kg that’s over 3 stone to date and very early days. Well done Tony we are so proud of your success so far and thank you for sharing with us. Clients like you make my job easy and make me want to continuing helping other people succeed.
